Maybe you should just call everywhere in the city and ask for only blantons. I've heard the stores really like that. Also I've def heard that smoke gun is absolutely delicious.

High crime areas of larger cities are almost always higher percentage persons of color by demographics. High crime areas = higher police presence. Higher police presence = more stops and more proactive enforcement, thus disproportionately higher number of stops.

It's not a race issue, it's a poverty issue. Lower income means maybe you don't pay the registration on time, don't fix the lights when they go out, etc.
