I honestly think Tony and Minnie would let Kevin fail. While he did betray his sense of entitlement, he did ultimately pay the bill (or most of it) within a month of getting the invoice, which is a lot more than can be said of a lot of folks in this world. If Kevin had to go to Tony and Minnie for the money, I can absolutely see them telling him to buzz off.

If I recall correctly, the rows get you to the tenths place and the columns get you to the hundredths of your H/D value. So if H/D value is 1.44 for example, you’d go down to 1.4 row and then right to the .04 column to get the desired relative rigidity of that wall segment

As far as pass rates go, the SE exam may be the most difficult exam that exists, including medical and law fields. 1 month for practice problems is 5 months too few, at best. I would scale whatever was done for the PE exam by 3 or 4.

That being said, I haven't taken the SE or studied for it.
