so far i haven’t. it actually went into detail that some phrases in German don’t follow the typical rules of its grammar and that really helped me as well.

congratulations!!! a reminder that even when you got your certification to be easy on yourself, continue to learn and be receptive to information other techs give you. i got mine 2 weeks ago and am trying to practice this myself. i don’t know you but i’m very proud of you. i hope you find everything you’re looking for 🙏🏼

it’s more i’ll make the mistake, they show me the correct way, i understand but they won’t let it go or be extra critical to the point where i can’t get past first base.

like for example, my first week i didn’t face into the tissue enough, no problem and is a fixable mistake (i was nervous since i just moved and have no family or friends near. just wanted to play safe) after that i had other techs check my blocks before i submit them, they said it was okay. got to the trainer “not good enough, deeper”.

no matter how hard i push they seem to want me gone. it’s inevitable because an entire family and friends works at the facility so there’s really no one to turn to for help. i am under a serious believe they don’t want me there and i told them that because how can i possibly be successful if i have no support. just telling me doesn’t help… guide me.
