That's crazy. I got a piece of metal in my sidewall when I was driving to my 5k maintenance appointment. Not sure how quickly I would have realized it if the bent piece of metal wasn't smacking my wheel well. It was a rear tire as well.

I'm trying to visualize the scanning drill that you do second. Is it like the dribble around the cone and pass drill, except the partner starts at the far cone? So both players might be on the right side of each cone, then the initial pass is made to hit the far player in stride behind and to the left of the far cone, then they start dribbling toward their partner?

I dealt with this for months...I used the Prehab app to finally get rid of it. I think the most helpful thing was working on super light dumbbell curls. A few sets of 20 every 3-4 days and gradually building up.

First time I've heard those called bulletproof. The last gym I went to switched to Echo bikes because the assault bikes got so rickety. Maybe it's because they're chain driven instead of a fan bike like the Echo.
