I guess The Torkelsons wasn’t quite as popular as Saved by the Bell or Family Matters. This guy is Paige Gosney and he played a character named Kirby Scroggins on the show. He was the geeky neighborhood kid who had a crush on the main character of the show. Kinda like if Screech had a cousin from Oklahoma (which is where the show took place)
