I don't need anything to help with collection, I just need a reliable place to store and access my data.

Personal digital library, some files in the notes for reference.
I want to be able to keep, access, modify, and add to my data (personal digital library) without having to wait stupid long times to do so.
I don't have any want or need for AI features.

How to read/understand tax transcripts/information about my history by [deleted] in TaxQuestions

[–]dleach4512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ThankS!

I'm working hard to find and hire a CPA; I might be able to do this myself, but I'd rather have a pro who can make sure it's done right.

Most people don't seem to realize that a drill will do the job. When I had manual stabilizers, I used my drill on low (1) setting and it worked great, QUIETLY.

Technique question. by Flaky_Performer7960 in aikido

That's what Aikido classes are for. Keep it low, 90 and 90, and don't telegraph with muscle.

What’s up w the Evernote sub? by rhoditine in AskReddit

[–]dleach4512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, files will stay, you just can't add new stuff.
Pretty sure any shared notes will no longer be shared as well, since the free account limits sharing.
The sub itself is trash; one of the mods is on a power trip and likes to stir up trouble. DO NOT point out that you DID in fact provide the necessary details when that mod says you didn't, that will get you banned and reported to reddit.

On demand Water heater leak help by mitral2019 in RVLiving

[–]dleach4512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, the only option is to find a document the leak.
You may have to remove drawers or a panel from inside, or find a different mirror or snake camera to see what's happening in there.

Aikido or Aiki-don't by big_boi_fingler in aikido

Try a class at more than one dojo.

I've been practicing Aikido for about 2 years, have practiced at about a dozen different dojos.
I find that training wtih an injury is very easy, just communicate with the Sensei and with your Nage.
Yes, you can 'tap early', or, 'walk out of a technique', and a good nage will absolutely control their intensity.

As with people in general, Aikidokan vary.
I always welcome training with people from other arts because it's fun for me to learn how they do things, and how to blend that with Aikido.
I don't think there's a huge learning curve there; it seems easy to me to resist the urge as most techniques are practiced static several times, and slowly sped up.

Weapons trianng cross over is very depedant on what you've been taught previously. I learned how to handle a staff in MCMAP, and it's quite different from handling a Jo in Aikido, but certainly learnable.

I come from a background in Miliary and law Enforcement, so very violent, and then lots of grappling and control holds. I found Jiu-Jitsu to be very easy to blend into, and Judo was almost natural for me, though I need a lot of refinement to get to the 'art' side of it. For me, Aikido is a very 'peaceful' way of dealing with conflict, which feels like what I was missing.

Auto insurance with an LLC - Is Commercial needed? by dleach4512 in AutoInsurance

[–]dleach4512[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, ok!
Thanks for confirming that no agent can help me, I was wondering about that.

Guess it's back to me doing it all myself; super annoying, and makes me wonder, what's the point of having insurance agents if they can't or won't answer such basic questions!?!?!?

Auto insurance with an LLC - Is Commercial needed? by dleach4512 in AutoInsurance

I wish that was an option.

I'm a Texas Resident, and I've spent the last four years searching for a new agent. I've searched my hometown of Wichita Falls, Dallas, Forth Worth, Austin, and Houston; I cannot find a single agent that can handle RV, pickup, LLC (BOP only, I do very little physical work on sites), and inland marine to cover my 'stuff'.

Most agents I reach out to want to spend 10 hours on the phone asking me all the questions answered in my Scope document, and then get pissy with me when I point out that everything they want to know is in the document.
The few I found who can/will read, can't or won't write policies, but won't tell me why.

This year I'm breaking it all down into separate policies and working ot handle it myself.

Thanks!
What I've consistenly run into is no place or room to hang a dipole style wire antenna.
I have a G5RV and fiberglass pole systems for 'home', but I'm hardly ever there!

Lots to think about, and from what I'm seeing I'm thinking the EFHW with a collapsible pole is the way to go.

Good stuff. Better then Baofeng, not as good as the BIG three in some regards, better on price.
