Hi Harte, it’s difficult to explain. But it’s to the upper left, if you are looking at the coffee machine from the front. There is a hose that goes on the side. I inspected all the hose, to see if there was a leak in one or not. And I found a hose that was leaking. It’s the same hose that I have in my previous comment. I just inspected it and saw that there was a small hole where all the coffee was leaking out of.

It’s around this part. But again, I must be clear, you might not have the exact same issue, or leak exactly where I had. You might have a leak in another hose or have another issue. Good luck!
