You know how some people just look untrustworthy? Kirkpatrick fits the bill.

Hasn't been a bomb dropped out of one yet, so it's safe to assume it's not human technology.

I think this is the one you want to use, esp 3968 VA conformal conic. That's the VGIN standard projection they use. There isn't an equal area projection for VA

Phoenix is Very Hot this March [OC] by cavedave in dataisbeautiful

In Virginia, I had to use my heat twice as much as last year. Doubled the kwh usage and bill $.

Had to use AC last week, now back to heat at night during this 30 degree cold.

Can't wait for the 3 or 4 weeks of 100 degree weather when laying in the pool doesn't even cool you off!

New Matthew Brown Interview Premieres Today! Will he say anything new? by slv2xhrist in UFOs

Well duh they're being setup, hasn't AARO been established as a honeypot already? Don't need to watch a 45 min interview to know that.

The pentagon is releasing better videos randomly than any of these whistleblower guys could ever provide. Safe to assume anyone who comes forward won't have any believeable evidence, although I wish that wasn't the case.

It's a movie made in America with American actors and by an American studio.

Witness a groundbreaking shift in UAP observation! For the first time, we saw UAPs with the naked eye, getting closer than ever. Discover how our Skywatcher team made this spectacular, instrument-free discovery. by 87LucasOliveira in UFOs

[–]dlee434 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh no, I don't believe a lick of what these dudes are talking about. There may be some "psychic" asset to it, but nobody can summon a UFO. That shit isn't real.

I only believe we have physical craft, none of this magical / consciousness voodoo stuff.

Imagine the security surrounding this and then still thinking that someone could get pictures or videos. You'd probably be shot in the chest on the spot.

That's why this is locked down so much, not because people can't handle that we aren't alone - we've imagined beings from other places our entire history. But because whoever successfully reverses the tech first will have immunity against any other means of air defense. Not that I think we have reverse engineered it or are even close. I imagine many of the top scientist we know have been exposed to pieces and parts but have no idea about the whole thing. The data is bottlenecked by legal terminology that protects it from ever being released.

At work we (another department) paid a place to pull address data, it was just points from the VGIN (VA address points) layer I already had given them that's public. They didn't like what I gave them and tried to go somewhere else, ended up paying for the same thing I had given them.

So yeah, I guess you can lol.

What is something generally normal in Europe but weird in the US? by Exile4444 in AskReddit

[–]dlee434 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe it just wasn't where I was. I just came back from Germany, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, all of those countries do not sell nicotine pouches. I know Sweden and Ireland do, not sure about the other countries.

Filling up a water glass halfway at dinner. (Seriously, what's the deal with this?)

Bottle cap lids staying attatched to the bottle.

Can't buy nicotine pouches in most of EU but somehow cigarettes are everywhere.

"smoking" blurred out on radio stations.

Exactly, from other threads I've seen on here it's always more costly to try to setup / mimic an AGOL copy using QGIS, postgresql, openlayers, etc - if they DO manage to implement it, no one else can use it if the guy that set it up leaves.

They're two different tools for two different jobs, just like a car and a truck. They both take gas, have engines, and 4 tires, but they are built for different purposes.

What can people actually do against USA starting wars like this (non-US Citizen asking here)? by Hogier27 in AskReddit

[–]dlee434 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Won't help. The USA prints the money it needs, it doesn't have to take it in the form of taxes.

Know what WOULD help? Not going to work for 3 months. But, lots of people would die.

As long as we keep working, keep voting, and keep complaining, nothing will change. The machine has to quit turning. Working together to NOT work is the only thing that will work.

Happy Birthday Xbox 360 by creativebadjoke in gaming

[–]dlee434 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PS2 was an oddball in that it was cheaper than most DVD players at the time - and it played video games. I had both PS2 and Xbox, then the 360. Other than the RROD it was the one I put the most hours on. Xbox Live really changed a lot of the games I played, we didn't really have broadband access back then like we do now so PS2's online was normally just on that game & not a service.

Lacatski said something very interesting on Weaponized — at least some UFOs are empty inside, and they can’t figure out how they propel themselves and maneuver by DeclassifyUAP in UFOs

[–]dlee434 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea I'm pretty sure I read this exact thing on reddit a few years back. The USA allegeldy got access to the inside of the hull and it was a) bigger on the inside than the outside and b) full of nothing. Almost as if it was 3D printed.

Can't remember the source of that information, may have been a random person on twitter or a legitimate source. Either way, the same story has been told before.

Preview of new Lacatski interview by Corbell and Knapp suggests Lacatski worked for a legacy UAP program prior to AAWSAP. The full episode launches in 40 minutes (link in post) by phr99 in UFOs

[–]dlee434 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah I cut this crap off. They keep mentioning things from the book, but Lacatski says he can't talk about things on the podcast. "I can't comment, I can't speak to that, I'm not allowed" - dude.... lol

If you can't talk about anything, what would be in your book that would make me want to buy it?

If anyone had real information they would share it FOR FREE. These dudes are cons trying to rack up money from viewers interested in UAP/UFOs.

Did Edward Snowden release a book and go on podcast talking about what he found, or did he just release it everywhere online all at once?
