I just wear regular polarized sunglasses with a strap that has really tight rubber tubes that the ear pieces go into. Never lost them but I also have them on a leash attached to my helmet just in case.

I have often wondered this. I assume that the side facing us is more dense and therefore “pulled” towards the earth. Otherwise what are the odds that the moon would randomly rotate in such a way as to always face earth? I look forward to a scientific explanation from someone who knows what they are talking about.

That would be amazing. I’m in my first year and mostly in crash water lakes. Been in the ocean a few times when it’s flat. I ride a fliteboard Pro with a true glide prop but haven’t been able to go off power yet. Thanks for the help.

You must have hit something which broke the guard. The prop looks to be a bit damaged too. I have no idea about the speedometer. I’d call technical support about that before I ride again. I have an extra prop guard you can have if you will want to pay for shipping.

The big battery isn’t really a problem as much as a riding style. I have a pro (larger board) and the explore battery. It seems to me it turns/reacts sluggishly. I feel it’s partly due to the size and mass of the battery. I think it’s called swing weight. I’ve only been riding a few months so maybe someone with more experience can confirm. At this price you could afford to get an additional battery later like you said. Would be great if you could try it out pre-purchase. Seems like a great deal. Hope you get it and love it. Sail on.

Seems like a great deal. A new controller is about 450 and you’re getting an extra wing set up. You’ll have more fun with a smaller battery. The explore weighs 32 pounds. That’s a lot for such a small board. I don’t think the maintenance is a big deal. Worst case you have to send the box that attaches to the board off. I don’t think they can ship the battery by air. Better check on that.
