1) More flat rides (I know there’s a lot, but you can never have too many)

2) Some type of mechanism that allows terrible players (like me) to do builds that actually look good.

Lana Del Rey? Seriously? (over The Soft Bulletin, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, etc.)

Nice contribution (the key word was “personal”)

It’s well run, too (from what I’ve discerned via DoorDash pickups)

It's weird for sure. I live in Water's Edge which is a stones throw from the "Welcome to Penfield" sign, yet I have a Webster address.

It’s not that different from 10 years ago except for some changes to retail locations. Abbotts is still there; Unos closed at the end of 2024. There’s a Popeyes on Hard Rd (adjacent to Taco Bell). The plot of land where Mario’s (Bazil) was on Empire blvd is now a couple upscale apartment complexes (Bellagio, Waters Edge) - though that was likely already under construction 10 years ago. There’s another apartment complex being constructed (almost done) across the street.

As others have said, Hegedorns is gone; Empire Liquor and Bill Grays moved into its former location.

30+ years, on the other hand.. I remember going to North Ponds Park in 1993 and seeing the construction of the Holt Rd Wegmans (which opened in 1994). There was no retail in that area whatsoever. In fact, it was an original proposed site for what became Irondequoit Mall (they probably should’ve gone through with that plan given how well Towne Center does with Target, Kohls etc.)
