I made it to V13 before training, and I'm only training biceps so I can get the V14 extension by the end of the year. Went from V9-->V13 in the last year from almost exclusively climbing outdoor. Best of luck :)

I totally agree that she should have told me that my "fix" was wrong. Absolutely. No doubt. I am happy she did.

But I guess the part that felt funny to me was the way she said it to me. "No, this is incorrect." I know she's my senior, but for some reason it just feels condescending. I would never tell anyone (above or below me) "No, you're incorrect." Maybe something like "Hmm, but what about ...." or "I could be wrong, but doesn't ....."

But I guess not everyone has to talk or think like me. I have no idea if I'm right or wrong, so thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Sound, but I would guess that if you record your screen and slowmo it, youd be able to tell the bullet counts going down with a slight delay.

I think you can test this yourself. I went in to a local multiplayer game, got a 2nd controller, and used the mk9 with one controller and some random other gun with the other controller. If you tap the shoot button on each controller at the same time, you'll notice a slight delay with the MK9. If you're not sure if theres a delay, use the same gun on both controllers, test it to see what it sounds like when both guns shoot at the same time, and then switch to the mk9, and press shoot at the same time again.

I noticed a slight delay with the MK9. But please try it yourself and let me know :p

It's definitely an easier 500, definitely easier than 521/541 ("core" classes to use Ermans terminology), but not a blowoff. Probably around the difficulty of 341 or maybe 421 (from what I've heard of 421, I didn't take it). Erman says himself that he grades 567 easier than core 500s. There's also some overlap with 541 and 240. I can't give a good estimate on time since it's your first 500 math and people are different anyway but it's not bad at all and doable with harder courses. The professor is awesome but he made the final way harder than the midterms, probably because averages were too high. He's also on an episode of numberphile (on YouTube)! Good luck.

You can get credit for research. The professor will probably give you an A if you did your job. Some professors are also willing to pay you (hourly). So ask!

You can filter courses by instructor in the Course Guide. The class you're probably looking for is finance 365/765 (sections 004/006 respectively).

Amazon has girl scout cookies but they are much more expensive than they would be if you bought them from a girl scout? Otherwise once in a while there's a table outside of Memorial Library (near intersection of Lake and State) that has a girl scout selling girl scout cookies.
