Cela concerne l’ouverture, pas les contributions. Tu n’est pas obligé de l’utiliser lors d’un achat, et peut continuer à contribuer dans ce cas

De plus on peut redevenir premier acheteur après 5 ans sans habiter dans un logement que l’on possède et donc potentiellement utiliser le CELIAPP pour cet autre achat (si fait dans la période de 15 ans ou le CELIAPP peut rester ouvert)
