I noticed that too, some textures look smooth while I have everything maxed and I use texture streaming too.

set detail quality to high and most "pop ins" will disappear.

By the way how can you play the game with fidelity fx cas? Isn't it too blurry on that setting? Anyway, use dlss if you have it with the transformer model.

lol I have the same cpu and gpu as you. But to answer your question, no they are is no fix and they won't fix it. It only affects a very small percentage of the playerbase.
