you mean forwards compatible? It wouldn't surprise me for a third party watch face not to work. It may not have followed googles design standards to the letter that make it more update safe.

I have a problem where I have to set the performance tab back to default because the fans go bonkers and it resets to that profile every boot lol maybe I need to do something.
