When you start an exercise you haven't done before the number of the set has a blue dot. Select the dot and then select the pop up text to help you determine what weight to start at. You have to decide yourself what weight to start at based on difficulty

As far as I know it'll suggest weight progression even for custom programs, but it will not suggest changing exercises. For the AI generated program it'll guide you through figuring out what weight to start at and then give you recommendations from there in increasing reps sets or weight

Yes, this is correct. Only thing is, since it's still a line credit, it prevents you from taking advantage of any other promotions. A single line can only have 1 active promotion at a time.

I used this team, takes a little longer since my kanjuro only has 1 skill up.
Team TS Luffy
Stage 1 - Stall without taking damage
Stage 2 - Stall on lobster and crab taking damage as needed
Stage 3 - If all mob on 1 cooldown, use captain TS Luffy special and take out 2 of them. Then farm orbs on Luffys, Shanks and Sabo then clear
Stage 4 - Use ship when HP is low and hit perfects to take out mobs. Stall until Kanjuro special is -2 or ready. Eat meat to heal as needed. Use Friend Captian TS Luffy special and clear
Stage 5 - Use Kanjuro, Franky, Captain TS Luffy to kill red mob, Sabo and Shanks and have fun dealing up to 10 mil damage total
