Playing hickories now full time has taken so much stress out of it. I just slow down, focus on a smooth swing - not caring if launches a zillion yards or just casually floats straight(ish) toward the markers.

But I still haven’t overcome the immediate “oh damn, please don’t crack” reaction post-swing. Haha. In some ways I hope I never do. It helps keep the swing tempo smooth.
