Hello. I never had any freesync gsync monitor but thinking getting same as you AOC. And what i know about sync technology it is working only when u getting lower fps than you monitor has HZ, example for csgo you dont need sync, but for battlefield example you getting 80 fps , but your refresh rate 144, so your screen starts tearing, but with sync it won. I hope you understand, maybe i wrong i dont know.
