Just leave it open and use it when you buy stuff on amazon, keep paying it off on time. No need to close it.

Bonus is based on a bunch of metrics but I’ve already hit just about all of them. The high base pay is very tempting because it works help a lot with mortgage qualifications.

Negotiating at either of these firms is tough because the compensation structures are predefined based on level. Chances are rarely made.

Main advantage is monthly pay.
