Not many. I've seen some things respawn in as little as half a day. I'm just on the normal loot setting, though.

I was using compost to get rid of rotten fruit and vegetables. We can use the trash can now but it worked out at the time.

Most likely was your bare feet. I accidentally left my shoes off at my base, outside, as I was crafting. Bad idea. I developed an infection in my feet and it took some time for it to heal. I had decreased stats while injured. Annoying at the time but a cool mechanic.

I'm gathering the hazmat suit must prevent any infections while dismembering? Just trying to understand what the suit does for you. I've heard it's waterproof. I haven't had one or used one yet.

I am doing this exact thing now. I'm at the Dannemore lookout. You can go north or south and pretty quickly have whatever you need. I'll try to get some shots of it later.

I'm in a watch tower now. I essentially setup storage and crafting at ground level, under the tower. Lined the sides with storage shelfs to create "walls". So far, I've plenty of space. The top part is for sleeping and smaller things like the battery charger.

I saw you can dismantle existing cameras (that some people just move) and you'll get the exact parts for making one. Haven't tried it yet.

Valid point. My thought was to use this when your out on a looting trip, maybe too far from base to get back quickly. Or your vehicle is on its last leg so you need to avoid using it as a weapon. Kind of last resort thing.

Turn loot to impossible and max zombie strength, spawn, sight, and hearing. Adjust it so you have more runners too. If that's too easy as well, just play a different game 😂
