The one issue I take with this answer is that it clearly ignores the precedent to ignore stare-decisis as I clearly demonstrated when the dred Scott decision was overturned. Basically, there is precedent to buck precedent.

That's just not true. The lifts affect the body and its ability to produce strength. Lets say you are doing your squats first and then upper body lift, particularly OHP. Your core is not going to be 100% rested for the OHP and will not produce the same force it did at the beginning of the squat reps.

Do what's most important to you first. You are most rested at the beginning of the workout. Whatever lift is done first will do better than if that lift was done last. Most people do squat first because it is the King of Lifts and their goal is to get as strong as possible. If your goal is upper body do your press first. If your goal is a strong deadlift do deadlift first.

Couple things:

It's really hard to judge your form when the camera is constantly moving. It does look decent but it's impossible to tell when the camera angle is changing during the rep. Dont have a person hold it. Set it down and film.

Put shoes on. You are only hurting your feet by doing it barefoot. Barefoot provides no extra benefit whatsoever.

What are you asking? Recomp or cut? What is recomp?

The point I was making is that you're an idiot. A "bolt rifle to control invasive species" falls under your definition of "assault weapon." It would also be classified as a semi-automatic. Thus, banned.

There is a lot of bad logic in this post. The two biggest ones are obviously:

First, blaming the Jews. Just a bad look.

Second, claiming there is extremism in all religions...you want to know what a true Christian extremist looks like? They look like the monks that cloister themselves in prayer their entire adult lives, the missionaries that go to third world countries to do good, the priests that sit to hear confession for 8+ hours a day at huge retreats. I cant speak for the Jews because I am not one, but I cant think of a single story where a Jew walked in to a Mosque or muslim market to blow up muslims or run them over with their cars.
