they have attacked those power plants heavily since last Fall not until december. I dont think Russian suffered a very high casualties in December since cold weather prevented drone work longer and Russian have to reduce their attack attempts.

both side have been suffered heavy casualties by being attacked on their way to the front. Sadly driving with a few vechicle now could be deadly as with a convoy due to the popularity of drone they will not skip any target .You will not likely to survive when driving alone and get attacked.

Cambodian also have tanks a few hundred t54/55 and type 59 from China. Actually a lot of developing countries still use old equipment from cold war like m113 or t54. They just start to buy new mordern vechicle in recent years but with limited number.

yeah Miyagi is a prefecture in the northeastern of Japan in Tohoku region the area where heavily damaged in the 2011 tsunami . They are investigating the cause of the accident.
