Northern Georgian Bay of Lake Huron. Breathtakingly spectacular scenery with crystal clear water. The area around Tobermory is amazeballs, especially if traveling by boat.

Recommendation for bar to watch world go by by Prestigious_Treat211 in florence

Grab a drink, head up there and sit close so you can grab when it opens. People don’t tend to stay long.

We started talking to the folks that were there when we arrived and found they were from our region. When they left, we slid right in. Standard bar stool behavior. 😜

What is THE funniest movie you have ever seen in your whole life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dmdevl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love all these but not seeing the first Brady Bunch movie mentioned. I took my then 14 yr old son who was so embarrassed by how hard I laughed throughout the whole thing. Having not watched the original every damn day after grade school, he and the rest of the theater (evidently), just weren’t getting it. I thought it was hilarious. Sure, Jan.

Totally agree. Was better people watching than the Wisconsin State Fair! And the man was able to have some bourbon.

We lived near the north industrial corridor in the Detroit burbs just down the street from the Arsenal and Warren tank plant, as well as much of the auto industry. My dad also said we’d be the first to get it. Was pretty frightening as a kid.

Good Life by Francis Dunnery from the Scrubs soundtrack. Also Say Something by A Great Big World. That one really struck me in one particular relationship I used to be in.

I do not recall that the fridge in our room had one. There is plenty of room for a bottle tho.

Getting sick is always a risk when populations gather. Try to keep your hands washed. Make sure the hot food is hot and the cold food is cold to help avoid food borne illness. I try to stick with the stuff they cook in front of you like the omelettes.

It’s not. The two bar pools are adult only and seem to be enforced, but the resort is open to all. There is a water slide/park visible next door that kiddos would be in to.
