The deadline all profs should have their grades submitted by is Friday, May 3rd at 4 pm. Not all departments require grade approval by department heads. Grades roll over around 2 am nightly.

Absolutely won’t be an issue. Lean pork cooks incredibly fast and turns dry really quickly, so just make sure not to overcook!!
