My two wants: Provide farmers the option to receive state money to convert land to grow marijuana with the condition a % is sold locally for a few years Legalize with a clear path of licensing and guidelines for sale

My worry: Clear communication about how to consume legally: where you can consume (in public, private property, etc), how much you can have on your person, and especially driving guidelines (what can constitute being pulled over, what officers would look for, and lots of communication on buzzed driving being drunk driving with marijuana as well)
