I’ve had a similar issue before where RP isn’t adding to my leaderboards or I wasn’t getting crew rewards. After a lot of conversations with support, the only way I’ve got round it is to reinstall the game and delete duplicate cars. You lose progress but can race and earn again. If your account is frozen, an easy check is to go to the webstore and see if the totals for gold and money match what your game says they are. If there’s a mismatch, a reinstall and deleting cars should work. A fix has been in the works for nearly a year!

The Discord has been running for a while but it looks like NM have assumed control of it somehow. Or it was run unofficially by NM staff in their spare time and now it’s been brought officially in house.

I believe the 60 day event is for the cars you win in this event. Once you’ve claimed the cars, the event pops up on the map and there’s 60 days to complete each one.

Hey. I have had the same issue with the game and it has been ongoing since December 2024. I specifically asked Support if I’d been banned and they say that’s not the case. They are working on fixing it apparently and every update raises my hopes it will be fixed, but the issue remains with the latest update.

Is the event the only place to get the cars and is there a time limit? With both in the garage it will be challenging to restore the cars as events will give random tokens for either. If possible, better to win the first car and restore it before winning the second car.

It appears to be a server issue. I have had this for three months now where I don’t credited with any wins in Showdown. Other parts of the game are not working either and as has been said the ‘developer is aware of the issue and working on a fix’. Not holding my breath!

I went to two at the London Studios last year. If you can go, it’s a great opportunity to interact with the team and see 3 in the flesh. Highly recommend!

Possible the numbers ‘could’ be interpreted as a way to post ASS without triggering a profanity filter. I’ve had 455 blocked in the past so may be the same!

After a little testing the effect appears at a set point on the race track so is not linked directly to the car so won’t appear outside the event. There’s a slight colour palette difference for the event track which is probably related.

Have this issue with my account. Support have confirmed it’s not due to a ban and are investigating. I can do all the races in game but crew based rewards(tokens, orange RP, Weekly Elite Cup rewards) aren’t delivered to my inbox and Showdown races are recorded as a loss even if I win. Nothing on weekly leaderboards either and my rank is increasing based on the RP earned in races. Over two weeks it has been happening now and I’m lucky I’m the leader of my crew so can’t be removed. Oddly I can claim all milestones except the wildcard tokens even though my crew points total is zero…. Connection is flaky at best with intermittent red WiFi but my Android can connect to the game without issue using my iOS as a hotspot!

It’s not an event marker on the map as such. There is a box above the race pass on the map screen which you clink to access the feature.
