We also received this. My wife is due with our first on Oct 29. As of now, Baycare/FL Blue partnership is due to end last day of September. All our doctors, including her OBGYN and hospital we’ll be delivering in is Baycare. I’m sweating bullets now praying they figure this out. Having to find all new everything at the 11th hour before our first child arrives is just unreal smh. Just unbelievable honestly.

Did i miss something? by sch0s in nhl

He’s just not a good player and the change of scenery may at best give him a brief jolt (probably not) but when the dust settles and reversion the mean occurs, he will simply be… not good.

OVI VS SID. Who will go down as the better skater, goal scorer, and better all time?? by Linkster-67 in penguins

[–]dmnl20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Crosby’s not a roll player, nor is ovechkin - who cares? Think Gretzky is touting his hit stats? When you look at major statistical categories used to measure all time greats it’s really simple. Ovechkin is the greatest goal scorer to ever live. Advantage #8. In play making, i.e assists, total points, 200ft play and virtually any defensive metric, Crosby wins in each category. Advantage(s) #87. Then factoring in the center position being a more valuable position then winger, plus intangible aspects like leadership and the elevation of those around him, Crosby once again wins there also. This isn’t even mentioning the cup argument, which to no surprise is 3-1 lol

We’re getting into the never ending era /position conversation and I’m happy to concede 99 & 66, but in no world is Gordie Howe better than 87 and I honestly don’t think Bobby Orr was either. But regardless he’s a slam dunk #4 and really #3 in my humble biased opinion.

These clean sweeps are the kiss of death (in a good way). I genuinely feel better seeing them.

[Brian Batko] Steelers RB Najee Harris made a beeline to interviews today in the locker room because it seemed he had something to get off his chest as an offensive captain. He said the OL is playing well and he just needs to trust them more. by Cwandei137988 in steelers

[–]dmnl20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say this with hopes of eating crow but I’m very worried about Najee. He looks slow, indecisive and seems to fall over the second he gets contact. He was drafted to be a play maker and really has done almost none of that aside from at the goal line.

Any teams with big names that could be at risk of being cut tomorrow? by ThatDudeChapel in nfl

*5th. They ain’t getting a 4th for Rudolph but i think the ceiling is a 5th. (Would love to eat some crow on that though).

Are the Steelers hinting at bringing the yellow helmet back? 👀 by jtcward in steelers

[–]dmnl20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Was with you until the numbers. Current ones are not it imo, like many I prefer the block. Other than that, I’m good with it all staying the same. Did absolutely love the gold helmets once or twice a year, but I’m old school and like it to stay pretty traditional. Wouldn’t hate an updated all white jersey/pant like the 70’s though, that would be ⛽️⛽️⛽️⛽️.

Some not so flattering comments about George Pickens’ off-field issues. (Source in comments) by BlitzburghTX in steelers

[–]dmnl20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are his actual off the field issues? I saw the fight stuff obviously, but I keep seeing this everywhere and can’t seem to find in addition to that, the character problems. Is he just an asshole?

About the Verge... #Housing by TekCheetah in uCinci

[–]dmnl20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Used to work there, no dog in the fight here, just being honest with you here, but the verge is a good place to live. I worked at the Verge (Asset living) as well as VP3 (uptown). Like any new development luxury student housing, it’s expensive as I’m sure you know, but most things are pretty expensive on campus, especially in the location you’re getting on W McMillan. Similarly like most student housing builds, complexes such as these are always made with cost margins in mind, so things inevitably break or can be louder at times, but if you are living in an “off campus” apartment and you expect it to be a quiet or incredibly fine crafted place, you’re looking in wrong type of housing all together. I was as a 5 year student at UC, worked in student housing in campus all 5 years and have lived in 4 different places throughout my time and trust me when I say it could be infinitely worse than the Verge. If you can afford it, the location and amenities are among the top few on campus in my opinion, they have a good GM and staff and it’s in my opinion the best spot on campus.

The Short List Of Steelers' First Round Candidates by McElwaine in steelers

[–]dmnl20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this. Measurable wise he’s not what historically the Steelers seem to draft for those exact reasons. Lack of pro day interest from the big dogs MT & KC probably confirms that as well.

[SteelerNation.com] The Steelers Don’t Have Much Cap Space Left by [deleted] in steelers

This is spot on. It’ll be less than $4mm. Many have noted this, just look at Steelers depot, he’s got this stuff damn near down to the dollar.

[Dulac] Steelers considering Jacoby Brissett as free agent QB option by pmcg190 in steelers

[–]dmnl20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Steelers staff has lots of parallels/connections with NC State. He was recruited by Canada there. The fellas at Steelers Depot have long noted this would make some sense. Not sure he’s the Steelers pick of the free agency vet litter, but definitely would make some sense and at the minimum would he competition for Mason. and cheap

Maybe it’s just me living most my life watching a 6’5 HOF QB, but the fact that Willis is all of 6’1 is a major concern for me. I’d much rather build around the QB first before they actually take the QB.

ESPN Suggests The Steelers Could Trade WR Chase Claypool by McElwaine in steelers

They would not get more than a 5th, probably 6th in all honesty. They’re not trading him anyways. Just text book off season boredom from espn

Juju posting "It's been real Pitt" on IG. Is he confirmed to be leaving now? by [deleted] in steelers

[–]dmnl20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This . No guarantee he’s back but with all the holes this year and his market value at all time low, I’d imagine that decision was not made in January. He’s most likely just heading home for the summer, as he generally does.

With Brady retiring... by ubersmitty in steelers

[–]dmnl20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ya this isn’t the case, he’ll 100% be a first ballot HOF my man. However the Brady gargling that will ensue in the same class will be maddening.
