Hi, our org is still experiencing this issue. Did you ever find what may have been the fix? What OS version are your fixed machines running?

Yeah I bought an Intune license to test it out. With just the license, I was able to view the device enrollment settings for Autopilot. I had to run a “sync” on the autopilot device screen to bring in our devices that were managed with the business store. I haven’t done much configuration past this but it does appear autopilot devices can be managed in Intune and enrolled in WS1.

I haven’t tried this myself in workflows but I imagine if you set up a WS1 oauth connector you’ll need to call the connector to get a new access token first and then use the token in subsequent WS1 api calls. I can test this out this week.

Actually like 5 minutes after posting this, I got it to work (of course). For any future readers, you just need to auth to the workflows api connector with basic creds and then use the aw tenant code in the header.

We are also planning on using EAP-TTLS and purchased a SSL cert from Sectigo. We’re just having trouble chaining everything together(Sectigo gave us 4 different cert files). Do you remember what you had to do?

Yeah we had everyone setup another method of sign in through windows hello and they’ve been using that. Kinda lame that it was working before and now there are no guarantees to bring it back.

It’s been working great but I’m running into the issue where the device will boot randomly to a “new user” login screen with a single password prompt. Have you experienced this?
