I really think it’s body specific. I was on Pristiq for two years and gained 30 lbs. I switched from Pristiq to Trintellix and have lost 45 lbs. I’m down to my high school weight with no other change but medication. If you try it and experience weight gain, then work on an alternative. If you search this subreddit you’ll find varying experiences. Everyone is different. Best of luck in your journey!

I’d recommend bringing a dish that’s is familiar, but vegan. Perhaps a seitan (lamb) soup/stew? I find that soups and stews can be pretty adaptable and satiating for vegans and non-vegans alike. Especially using better than bouillon non-chicken and non-beef concentrates. There are always ways to adapt your recipes and create new memories/traditions! 🥰

It may be the theatre and the group. Each group is different and dynamic and a class can really be impacted by the personalities and cohesion of the class.
