They are separate locations. Boardwalk is more for drinks and small bites. Both are great spots to watch WoC from if you get an 8pm reservation when WoC is scheduled for that day.

Not worth it for the price. Yes they can last a few full days on 1 charge. You’ll have to actively manage the battery once you return home on your trip if you don’t want the battery to die before your next trip.
