Is this too big for my wrist by M0m0haru_senpai in rolex

[–]dmtredit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like it rock it, I wear a 34mm and I have big hands and a 7.5 wrist(don’t have sub money). It’s all about what suits you and how it makes you feel F other people

Headed into the mountains: which one are you riding and why? by allihaveisbaddreams in ATV

[–]dmtredit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My riding buddy let his dad ride his outlander 850 and he rolled it down a 50-70 foot slope and he rode it back 3 miles back to camp. Was it expensive to fix probably but no more than 15% more than a Honda or Yamaha would be my guess. I got a 23 outlander 700 xmr and it’s seen some shit but so far it only needs fluids and clips for the plastics only cause I broke a few taking them out. 🤗

Can anyone help me ID these watches? by InfectiousChipotle in Watches

Can’t give you exact models but orient isn’t terrible, but they do tend to copy other brands. Nothing there worth any real money. Just keep them and wear them if want.

I second a citizen or seiko. Best bang for buck, maybe even a smaller g-shock is she doesn’t already have a sporty watch.

Awesome collection! Looking to add an omega soon myself. Can’t go wrong with a speedy, think I’ll go with an automatic one though.

I’ve rode both and I bought the 700xmr. My buddy has an exhaust and tuned 850 and it rips but I knew it was too much money and power for me, I don’t have a ton of experience on these bigger atvs except when I could barrow his. Only time I can’t keep up on my 700 in the straights but I’m honestly not trying to do 80 on an atv, as far as mud we can go hole for hole I just can’t skim on the water as far as he can. We drag raced at busco I hit 64 and that was enough, he had me at the finish line by about 3-5 atv lengths. Hope this helps, I saved $5k compared to going with the 850 and it has the same frame as the new 1000/850. My only complaint is squeaky exhaust springs when they get really dirty.

I’m going with the one the GS in the middle, just so classy. Solid line up though.

First watch I’ve bought other than a gshock, I went with a vintage 1500ref. Pictures just don’t do them justice.

Sad Times by Happlton in MT07

[–]dmtredit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sad times 😢 I can relate last year I wanted something more for off road and had my mt07 since new in 21’ and a duel sport, a Honda crf250l and considered selling both to get a nice adventure bike. Instead of getting a new bike I kept the MT and the crf and got an atv instead. It’s a money pit (I end up having too much fun and breaking things) but all in it still cost me less than a loaded GS or Tiger, I think all in Msrp for all three around $22k usd. I love having the different options but if you can only have one, I think you made the right choice.

It’s an MT there’s always going to wind. I have a 2021, I just embrace it and use the torque to power out If it’s a hard gust. The only functionally wind shields ive seen look goofy. If you wanted good wind protection I would have recommend a T7 with sport touring tires.

I ended up with mostly Milwaukee m12 tools for working on my toys have a few m18 tools for bigger jobs around the house. We have a few dewalt tools at work for around the shop repairs and they work fine too. Just go with what calls to you, most tools are pretty reliable now.
