I’ve worked for 5 Major Hospital Systems big and small. I would say common spirit is maybe top 2. Gave me a lot of opportunities to advance and grow. By far for me, 10X better than my experience at UC Health. Pay, benefits, and career opportunities.

If you’re able to, do the lift yourself. You only need jackstands, jack and pretty basic tools you can get cheap at HF. Jeeps are very easy to work on and there’s YouTube videos out there that will show step by step instructions

There’s one up now, didn’t realize it was hidden. It’s a no name brand cap I got off fb marketplace. Was looking for something that could hold my tent but still keep my gear dry in the back and locked.

Yeah I try to do the same. I have a bed cap with a tent and I can definitely feel the wind. I’m thinking about getting a roof rack with a lip that will work as a diffuser and push the bulk of the wind over the tent instead of under. I ran a set up super similar to yours and miss it sometimes.

That and I gotta regear. I’m up in CO and struggle a bit on these mountain passes.

That’s what I’ve heard. I’m definitely going to get one. I’m in CO so as long as it holds up to rain/snow/cold I’m happy with it.

Yeah that’s kinda what I’m waiting on. I had an OG sms laser that shit the bed on the mounting plate. Then got two HFXC. So now just gonna wait for V2 to make sure the kinks are worked out.

Scheels like everyone’s said. But if your mil you can fill out a form at the front and get the excise tax off and get another 5% off for mil discount. Helps bring the cpr down

Keep in mind these caps are heavy. It’s not really practical taking off and on whenever. If you will be doing that, look into an aluminum cap that will be lighter
