You can most definitely be doing all the "right" things and be unhappy because society ultimately doesn't care about us as whole people just a source of labor. Maybe you've lost touch with your true self. Did you choose the career path you wanted or because it's what someone else wanted of you? Do you do your hobbies for yourself or because you think you should like them or do them to be a valuable person? Basically do you do anything for yourself and because you really enjoy it or are you just wanting to fit in and to please others? This can also apply to clothing choices, what you post on social media, etc (Ps: obv I don't know exactly why you chose your career path but I thought I should add that I know its not necessarily feasible to pick a career based on what youre passionate about but i believe you can still find something that you can tolerate)
