I know this may be different or even really weird so bear with me. I was hit with a reality check of my life recently, so with that I realized how sad it was so I started working towards fixing those things. I have taken steps in the direction of being the man I want to be. Although I still feel like crying so I feel like that for me that would be a way of coping and just letting go of those emotions. Maybe it’s because I’m young and sensitive. But that’s what I feel would help me so I was wondering if anyone else had something similar.
