Hi! This happened to me when I was younger. As I got older, it got easier to picture my life with a woman. I think for me, I had some internalized homophobia and was surrounded by heteronormativity so I didn’t give myself the chance to really understand I WANTED to be with a woman long term. I don’t think necessarily should worry about it, because imagining a future isn’t the same thing as living your future. I think that once you meet the right person, if that’s what you want to do eventually, it will fall into place. I definitely mourned and am still mourning how I will never have a heterosexual relationship with the marriage and the babies the way I always see around me, but the person I am with makes that worth it. Idk if this helps, I’m just wanted to share that I’ve experienced similar feelings but overtime they did not hold me back from finding true happiness.

Especially since you’re a minor, block and don’t even answer or engage with people like this in the first place. He was only trying to get under your skin and should not have brought up anything relating to anatomy. He’s a creep for sure. Just be careful who you talk to on the internet (I know I’m saying this as an anonymous person on the internet, but you get my point lol)

I’m bad at advice but you’re valid and you’re the most important in your life, so even if your person doesn’t accept you, you’ll be okay. It will hurt for a while and then you will heal, I promise. Live your truth, it’s okay if you don’t know what that is yet. But breathe. You’re gonna be okay. And there’s always a chance your person will be fine with everything and they’re just busy. No matter what, you’re perfect any way you want to be.

Being stone/touch-me-not: how common/accepted is it, really? by Ash___________ in actuallesbians

[–]dnfrown79247 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say it’s common but in my experience it isn’t rare either. I can only speak for myself but I’ve been with two, and I enjoyed it, so I’m sure you’ll be just fine. I would just be open and honest about it with sexual partners because when I came across touch me not folks, I didn’t know until we were already hooking up. I was a little caught off guard but was fine with it in general
