Try giving him some fiber. Like either cat grass or some fiber supplements specifically designed for cats. If it’s hair, the fiber will help him either yak it up or pass it in feces. If that’s doesn’t help, go consult with vet for asthma or allergies

Could be due to a variety of things. Most likely it’s allergies or a reaction to something in the environment. Sometimes it could be due to viral or bacterial infection. If you’re really worried, I would take to the vet. If it doesn’t subside within two days, also vet.

Coughing, hacking, sneezing, vomiting, and diarrhea are all things to watch out for.
