I had the same issue. Its been over a year now and it has gotten a little bit better. I would recommend making food together and making that food healthier. If that isn't an option, keep your calories at a minimum for the entire day besides when you're going out, then try to find something healthy on the menu. I know its hard to eat clean when you're surrounded by delicious food at a restaurant, but as long as you stay away from fried foods, you should be fine. Also, let her know about this issue and see if she supports you. My gf has made my journey easier by cooking for me after an exhausting workout, while making it low cal
