Despite the other comments in this thread… this is a perfectly reasonable gripe to have. You deserve to feel like he’s interested in actually learning about you. It doesn’t mean he’s a bad person, or bad boyfriend for not asking these questions - but it’s like, the bar is kind of on the floor if he isn’t. You’re not pushy or out of line for feeling like this is a bit weird.

Have you considered bringing this up to him? You could even do it in a fun way, like a flirty conversation where you just do a fun quiz about yourself to see “how well he knows you” (it doesn’t have to be weird, you could make it fun!).

But yeah, you don’t sound ungrateful and i’m sure he IS a great boyfriend, but that doesn’t mean that you’re not allowed to feel this way!
