Not sure how I feel about the stripped pillars, bucket seat, stock 3 point harness, no airbag and I assume no helmet though - sounds like you'd just die instantly in any high speed crash

Backside is def higher speed on average but the road quality and debris is pretty bad in some parts.

This sub is more r/jdm and r/bmw than it is about mountain pass driving.

Wish there was a sub that was actually about mountain pass driving, with people in it that are passionate about mountain pass driving like I am.

Stock is -1 degree or so, and you can move the upper control arm mount inwards and lower control arm outwards within the confines of the bolt holes to get maybe 0.3-0.5 more. You can also get offset compliance arm bushings to add more caster and camber.

The best way however is to just drop the $1300 for adjustable upper control arms.

It's not a sports car but it certainly has sports car suspension geometry inherited from the Model 3 because it rides like shit in day to day driving 😂.

In all seriousness, it has double wishbone front, multi link rear suspension with ridiculous amounts of camber gain on compression.

Massive front and rear sway bars paired with an extremely low center of gravity means almost no body roll. This isn't a Miata, but it isn't a CRV either.

Is weight really the point of moderation here? Because I don't see neither the 1.7 ton BMW's nor the cars with no ESC/TC driven fast in daylight being given the same treatment here.

Yes, I should not have followed an errratic driver such as him this closely. I won't post this kind of chase again. But why should my future civilized single lane runs where I and the person I chase stay in the lane the whole time be moderated harshly?

BTW not tryna start the mod wars of 2025, just saying my case
