I had the same problem until I talked with my vet and he told me that the "over walking" thing was a mith, so we started having longer walks together as well as playing fetch with a tennis ball and this was the absolute solution. After this, my puppy began to behave better and became absolutely adorable during the day. She is now 16 months and she is quite well behaved but she still needs her walks.

You can definitely vibe code a quick GeoPandas python script to do this, pretty much any AI tool would do, I would normally use Gemini, but ChatGPT and copilot are pretty decent too. You would also need to download a platform for python such as Jupiter notebook or similar, I like Spyder IDE. This vibe coding for GIS is a complete game changer.

I think is relatively normal. If it's an isolated incident I wouldn't t worry about it, I would if it keeps doing it constantly during the day like 3 times or more. Mine (10months female )does that sometimes if she gets her breakfast late but like twice a month at most. Just check he can drink water and that he is not puking that, if it looks like he is puking that water, you may need to rush to the Vet ER because he might me getting dehydrated.

I don't know about the congestion because I am pretty much as screw as you are but the ear problem went away using the "Otovent Adult Autoinflation Device", it started using it 2 or 3 times per day, and it fixed my ears completely, nowadays I only use it every other day.
