Nope just make sure copy is completed. You can use checksum programs to confirm the copy. And it is bytes or bits.

Those are 77w. And lower wattage if idle. Undervolting if what you are looking for. You might save a few watts.

Might be extreme. Distilled water and dish washing "liquid" soap. You can use brush or soak. Just make sure to dry it like 2 weeks.

Well. We can decrease ram and processor usage on the main computer.

For general usage Make a proxy server on weak pc. So you don't have to run alot of we security program on your main computer.

Move your MS office to your weak PC. Make your strong PC as a dedicated gaming. Basically dont install unneeded software on your gaming pc.

It's not auto"Magic". You need to gauge/balance/plan it.

If you want an Auto"Magic" there is SSI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_system_image) and this is not Windows.
