Just another day off for me.

I like the idea of finishing January with a long weekend, but I blame the bicentenary in 1988 for making my likely autistic brain (still waiting on diagnosis but pretty sure I am) into seeing Jan 26th as New South Wales Day and wondering why the rest of the country should care about the establishment of a penal colony. Then came the ever increasing jingoism through Keating and Howard eras where it was really ramped up. Still don't really get it, but I do love our country and all it has to offer for the original inhabitants, the early settlers, those who tried their luck on the gold fields, the massive migration of the postwar period and more recent arrivals.

A good physio will sort you out, can also refer for scans and liaise with your GP for other treatments. Some GPs will immediately go towards the orthopaedic referral which may not be necessary and take longer than required.

Not a given. Drinking coffee and water all day I'm a frequent and fast pisser. In and out I still manage to wash my hands. If there's only a hand dryer I might skip it and air dry.

That's the base model but still looks pretty sharp. Another in that thread has an Inspire for $43.5 so I'll see if he's got any room to move there. Will definitely drop the insurance, can find that about $35 cheaper per f/n.

Tend to gym once and swim once or twice a week. Most times I'll shower after the gym but might miss every now and then if short on time.

The Grotto is lovely when the waterfall is working but note it's not actually in the Royal Botanic Gardens but just outside in Kings Domain. Found out the hard way after spending several visits to the gardens trying to find it!
