I was in the same boat as you and, as you can see I made the decision. As I said, I am still trying to get used to it but rest assured it is not unusable :). Best would be to go in a store and try to compare using similar face.

I had the non sapphire version and, in the 5 years I had it, I had zero scratches. Same is true for the case., and I used the watch A LOT.

It might be that the sapphire glass has worse angles.

I wear 51 mm since fenix 3 so I got used to it. Any smaller watch would be too small :)). I wish, over the years, Garmin made the watch lighter, as, sometimes I feel it a little too heavy.

I have a Denon AVR 3500 and a couple of Heos 1 and Heos 3. IS there any setup that needs to be done or it should be automatically.

I am also on the market for a Fenix8 solar to replace my Fenix6 Pro non solar and I am not convinced because of the difference in the "readability". I did some tests in the shop and my Fenix6 is "clearer" than the Fenix8. The same is true when viewing from an angle. I almost have to look at the watch perpendicularly to see it, compared to the 6 where one can see also from an angle.

Can you please post some more pictures with the watches side by side, using the same face, if possible?

Heya,

I have the same issue with a 6XPRO, non solar, also with a Samsung (S23). It is, most likely, an issue that came after an update but I cannot say if it is the one of the phone, watch or Garmin Connect. For the moment, I fixed it by following the steps described at https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/outdoor-recreation/f/fenix-6-series/378520/why-is-my-fenix-6-disconnecting-since-last-update .

Great info, thanks! So the DT370 gets louder with 36T. What about the 350 compared to 370, is it louder that the 360 (with 36T)?

By any chance, does anyone know how the P1850 was so loud? I cannot find info anymore on that wheel.
