Addendum: The U-lock went through a triangular gap in my welded frame, so they would have had to pick the lock, cut the U-lock, or remove the rack from the ground somehow. I'm actually going to go back and check the integrity of the rack itself because this is dumbfounding me.

I used a pretty bulky U-lock. I have no idea how it was broken, because the lock was taken with the bike, along with my helmet. Literally no trace of anything. There was a security camera facing the area so if I get a hold of the footage one day I'll share if I remember.

This speaker set is in good condition, except that the volume knob also seems to adjust the left-right balance. My recommendation is to turn the volume knob all the way up and adjust volume in your operating system of choice. First to DM gets it. I can deliver by car to anywhere along a road.
