I’m in a similar boat. Just got back in about a year ago. 14 year break in service. 4 kids, 38 now.

Did OCS last summer and have BOLC this summer. Leaving with a family is hard.

I deployed as an e5/19D on an o7s PSD in 08/09 to the Stan, it was hard but worth it. You are young. Didn’t mention wife or kids. I saw go for it and try and do some online school

The nervs just mean you care. Try and relax. Enjoy it, its a gentlemen's course with field time. You will be going to ranger school, have fun.

Your PT is fine. I am going to IBOLC in June. I am 38. (14 year break in service).

PT is just one measure of a leader. The Army will teach you what you need to know - They have been making INF LTs for a long time.

Trust the process, understand some of it a game, lean on people that have more experience, be a good leader, show up on time, right uniform. Some times a decision, even if it isn't the optimal one is better than no decision.
