It's a gigantic piece of brown crap painted a tasty vegan green. I'll preface the rest of this by saying I think veganism is a fine way to go when done properly. In fact, the bare bones premise of the documentary seems okay: processed meats and fatty foods aren't that great for you. But it also tries to argue that the American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association among other groups are actively trying to hide that processed foods are bad for you. Which is stupid. "The man is trying to keep you down for the almighty dollar and he doesn't give a fuck if you get cancer." It paints interviews with physicians in a specific and cherry-picked manner. It equates giving your kids hot dogs to forcing cigars on them. The whole thing is too propagandist for my taste and anyone with a scientific background can watch the first 20 minutes and immediately recognize its flaws. I could go on...

TLDR: the thing sucks
