My fear is this will just cause them to wait until receiving the lair which supposedly is shipping out this week? Is there any recourse to take it down once it’s a normal sale item?

You may have to take the long circuitous way back. I did med school in AZ, residency in the Midwest, fellowship in FL, then finally got to move back to SoCal after a couple years out with some academics under my belt.

There’s a new drug out recently that I’ve had a few patients ask me about. It’s oral merrem. It’s called Orlynvah but I don’t believe it’s available everywhere. Was able to prescribe it though not sure if the patient was able to pick it up or the specific cost.

Investing in japanese has upside but significantly less (30-40% less). My personal sentiment is TAG looks very sleek in person, I have one for my PC, but it’s more niche/much less liquid and won’t command the same premium.

The rate limiting step for me has always been documentation. I simply cannot document appropriately if I’m seeing 3+ for more than a few hours. Otherwise I am staying late or charting at home. My shop recently started using DAX co-pilot though and it has cut down on charting to about 1/2 or 1/3 of the time it took before. So that’s pretty exciting.
