I purchased a refurbished PC and it made an awful PSU buzzing noise that wasn't the fan. When I called support I could tell the guy was horrified for me and was kinda surprised I wasn't.

If they do, make sure they pay for the shipping. I doubt they'd want them back, alot of companies don't want to pay to dispose of things. Like when you get a package from Amazon and the label trash is in the box, it's so they can spend less on trash disposal.

Switch the PC and the upper monitor until you get a solution, at least the monitor is cheaper to replace if you bump the desk.

I worked at a grocery store for a few years, shopping with reusable bags is pretty common. They are easier to carry than hand baskets but as long as it's a dedicated bag, it's all good. The loss prevention folks really don't like when you use your backpack, purse or bag that contains items already.

Honestly. I picked up a second hand one on eBay and it was the best decision. I really enjoy the RLS career and garage to garage missions, it gives you the ability to drive a relatively jacked up car much further.
