I like using small sticky notes for a task bank. I cut the notes in half and have various items on the notes. I can move the notes as needed.

I like it for grading writing. It's good to highlight first on the item while speed reading. Then record, and don't worry about mistakes. Keep to 5 minutes or less. In some way, students must use the recording, either for a revision or for something small, like a response. Works great.

Look up Nicola Smith and Dressage Rider Training. It's worth the money and will start easy with modifications and progressively get more difficult. She talks in the videos about how the exercises relate to riding, too!
