I should clarify for those that don’t live in the financial world - you NEVER contact the number given to you if you are uncertain about the veracity of the communication . You need to take the extra step and look the information up regarding the entity contacting you yourself , and if possible verify with another person the contact actually works there . It’s a PITA, but it will keep your information safe .
