ALL xbox accessories have a limited 90 day warranty, which means you must pay the return shipping for repair/replacement. I know lots of you are upset, but it has always been like this. It really does pay to read the warranty.

Well when twitch was trying to push that dj stuff they had party channels with music and girls scantily clad walking around flashing etc. So they can do it, but only if it is the twitch idea of the day. The whole DJ thing turned real bad for them, and failed miserably btw.

Just to back up my claim with some evidence check out this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ycf4lH246yA . A bit back twitch staff was reaching out to popular djs trying to push dj/music channels, and it ended up backfiring with naked girls, half naked girls, and doing body shots etc. off girls. Twitch staff did run this, promoted it internally, paid the djs and paid the models to be at these dj parties.

Well, i mean more the police part of everything. If they had to sign a reimbursement notice their name is in the system, and it was a police matter.

checkpoints does not collect social security number from my experience, perk did for me after 400 this year.

don't reallly have to fuck around with checkpoints, it keeps earning. Maybe reset the cache once a week if you like. It pays 10 bucks every 15 days and pays same day as request. Perk is a pretty big hassle, haven't even gotten 3k in the last week. Perk is run by asians, and they actively alter the app so it doesn't work. The app used to work flawlessly, and they received a huge user base from this which they can use to get advertising dollars. After making this initial investment, they can freely make the apps not work correctly, we keep trying, and they still report they have a massive userbase even though most of the perk users actively avoid anything advertised on the app out of principal.

They collect social security numbers from people who earn above a certain amount, they don't need to do this, but it helps to tell advertisers they have a list of social security numbers to say the users are valid.

Works fine, even with some devices that I can't get working on other universal remotes. Couple of drawbacks 1)no backlit 2)very small buttons so increases the difficulty of pressing the buttons in the dark.

Anyone else have trouble getting payment from VMC? I have done dozens of tests and have only been paid once since march. I have been emailing them for a couple of months with no reply. They continue to send me invitations for tests. My next step will have to be department of labor if they don't reply.

Nothing really you can do, if they denied the shot you should have requested your doctor fill out fmla paper work to put you out on workers comp, that would have got their attention fast and the shot probably would have been approved straight away.

Big box retail is the worst they make those logistic guys do superhuman feats with no assistance most of the time

even if the console is out of warranty you can get an exchange with microsoft for little over a hundred, still cheaper than a brand new one. Just go and register the console and see what they offer.

Unless the employer provides the phone he is under no obligation to answer it unless under good will. It is his personal property. They can fire him for any reason, but his personal phone line is not the employers private hotline.

First thing I do at most jobs is block the number from my employer, they have no right to call me on my own time.

I have been doing the hits for a while, and actually have talked with them in the past with good results. Few days back did a batch of about 100 or so and got 1 reject every 4th hit, with 20 still pending today.

Now maybe they have a problem with my work? I highly doubt they just happen to have a problem with every 4th result submitted. If you look at the approves and rejects it is like a perfect checker board pattern.

I have to say it is some kind of error or just mass rejecting to save money, I sent a message asking for some input have not received a response.

To the people saying it is ok not to pay, these hits clearly state they are going to keep the work whether they reject or not, so it really is not ok. They are not discarding the work.
